Shipping policy

Orders placed on mysculptdclothing.com are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation.

Delivery times
We ship within the United States only. Delivery times generally range from 5 to 10 business days after your order is shipped.
We work with partner carriers to make sure your order reaches you in the best possible conditions.

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Promotional free shipping, when offered, applies only to eligible orders.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, a tracking link is automatically sent to you by email, allowing you to follow your parcel in real time. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 consecutive business days, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier. Once a package is confirmed lost, we send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
If your package arrives damaged, send us photos within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Changes and cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet shipped. After that, they can no longer be modified — see our Refund & Return Policy.

Liability
3XRoas LLC cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • The carrier
  • Any event of force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, etc.)
